Something that can change your life in a matter of weeks is meditation. I still remember years ago when I first discovered this superpower. With the consistency of meditating twice a day for 15 minutes at a time, my life started to change before my eyes.
When consistently meditating, possibilities will seem to fall right into your lap - truth is they have always been there. But when we are caught in the hustle bustle of everyday life, it is sometimes hard to see things that are right in front of us.
Meditation also has a positive effect on our health because it helps to turn off our “fight or flight” response which is left chronically on with how many different stressors are incorporated into our busy lifestyles.
